At Ravenue, our growth depends on yours, we set distinct stages to ensure goals remain aligned. Our aim is to become an extension of your team, seamlessly integrating with your business to drive pipeline growth and ensure success.
Stage 1: Knowledge Transfer
We will start by getting to know your business. What problem do you solve? How quickly does your business provide value? What is your ICP? Who are your buyer personas? How long is your sales cycle?
This might seem like a lot of information, but every sales cycle is different. Gathering this information will allow for a tailored sales development playbook.
Stage 2: Playbook Creation
After learning about your business, our sales development leaders will get to work creating your outbound sales playbook. This will include call scripts, email sequences, video messaging, and LinkedIn touch points. After scripts and sequences are created, they will be approved by your leadership to ensure messaging aligns with your goals.
Most sales development agencies will charge for this process. Ravenue does not. We are all about removing the upfront costs of outbound, so you do not pay until your pipeline grows.
Stage 3: Ramp and Execution
After your playbooks are created and approved, our SDRs will get up to speed with your industry and company's intricacies. All of our SDRs are N.E.S.T. certified, so they are already trained on SDR best practices. This ensures for a nimble ramp stage allowing the SDRs to quickly execute on the playbooks.
Stage 4: Pipeline Growth
As our SDRs begin executing on the playbooks, qualified meetings will begin to get set, and your pipeline will begin to grow. You don't pay until we deliver results, ensuring a risk-free partnership focused on driving growth for your business.
Removing the upfront cost from sales development allows for extreme experimentation to find what works best. As the pipeline grows, we will A/B test different messaging to allow for continuous improvement.
We want this to be a beneficial partnership, so we do not lock you into long term contracts. We choose to earn your business every month. If at any point you are not happy with your pipeline growth, you can cancel at any time.
