Role Summary and Responsibilities 

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our N.E.S.T. Academy and become Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you will work as an independent contractor, focusing on prospecting and setting up first meetings with potential clients for our partner tech companies.

  • Prospect into Accounts: Research and identify potential leads within assigned markets.
  • Engage in Outreach: Utilize cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and introductory videos to connect with prospects.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Schedule Meetings: Set up qualified first meetings between prospects and partner companies.
  • Collaborate with Mentors: Work closely with mentors and the Ravenue community for ongoing support.
  • Utilize Sales Tools: Leverage provided CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience: No prior sales or tech experience required
  • Skills:
    • Strong motivation and willingness to learn
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Basic computer proficiency
  • Equipment Required:
    • Laptop or computer with a webcam

Commission Structure

  • Meeting Booking:
    • Earn a base fee for each qualified meeting booked (typically $150 - $250 per meeting, depending on the partner company)
  • Closed-Won Deals:
    • Earn a percentage (usually 5-10%) of the revenue from deals resulting from your meetings
  • Earning Potential:
    • Uncapped commissions offering significant earning potential
